What we do

Direct-to-consumer fulfilment

Your orders reach us, we pick, pack and dispatch them the same working day. We ship with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and The Delivery Group, choosing the right service by destination, weight and size so you are never overpaying for postage.

FBA prep and transfer

We receive inbound containers or pallets, book the Amazon appointment, box and label your goods to Amazon's requirements, and send them into FBA by parcel, pallet or full truck.

Relabelling

Removing an old barcode and applying a new FNSKU is routine for us. We handle product relabelling and carton relabelling, count what we actually relabel, and report it back to you.

Returns handling

We receive your Amazon returns, scan and record every item against its tracking number and FBA reference, grade it, and either return it to sellable stock, relabel and send it back into FBA, or dispose of it — your call.
