AHCT WMS
AHCT WMS is the warehouse management system AHCT Group Limited uses to fulfil merchant-fulfilled (FBM) Amazon orders from our Leicester warehouse. Sellers connect their Amazon account through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) authorisation. AHCT WMS imports their orders and prints the carrier label with the buyer's delivery address. Confirming shipment and tracking back to Amazon is implemented but switched off until tested.

How it works
- Connect – The seller authorises AHCT WMS in Amazon (Login with Amazon / SP-API). AHCT never receives the seller's Amazon password, and the seller can revoke access in Amazon at any time.
- Import orders – Unshipped FBM orders are imported automatically, with the items, quantities and the ship-to name, address and phone that the carrier needs to deliver.
- Pick, pack and label – Warehouse staff pick and pack each order and print the carrier label (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, The Delivery Group (TDG), DHL and UPS).
- Confirm shipment – Confirming the shipment and tracking number back to Amazon is implemented but switched off. It will be enabled only after it has been tested.
- Track – The seller sees each order's status (received, picked, packed, dispatched) and tracking in the client portal.

Privacy
Buyer data protection
- Buyer name, address and phone are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and visible only to named AHCT warehouse staff with two-step verification.
- CSV exports contain no buyer name, address, phone or email; order upload templates show column names and sample data only.
- Buyer details are deleted automatically 23 days after dispatch.
- Each client sees only its own orders and stock.
Shipping labels and carrier manifests carry the delivery address.
