Handling that respects the product
Medical equipment and consumables are not ordinary freight. We store them in clean, dry, controlled conditions, keep them separated from incompatible goods, and handle them in line with the manufacturer's instructions.
Batch and expiry traceability
Consumables carry lot numbers and expiry dates for a reason. We track batches through our warehouse management system and dispatch on a first-expiry-first-out basis, so nothing goes out close to its date and nothing quietly expires on a shelf.
Compliance and documentation
We work with accredited customs brokers and prepare the documentation your shipments need — commercial invoices, certificates and declarations — so consignments clear without avoidable delay.
Import, storage and onward distribution
We bring goods in by air, sea or road, clear them, hold them in our Leicester warehouse, and distribute them onward across the UK and Europe — as pallets, as parcels, or direct to end users.

Product-specific regulatory approvals remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or importer of record. AHCT Group provides logistics, storage and customs services; we do not certify or place medical devices on the market.
